For the uninitiated, When ICE Make Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd. is established and how big is ICE Make India here and around the country?

Ice Make Refrigeration was established in the year 1989 as a proprietorship, gradually converted to partnership firm. In the year 2009, it has been converted in Pvt. Ltd. Company and running successfully at present location, with having total land area of 272000 sq. feet (approx..).  Turnover for the financial year 2015-16 was of Rs. 7167.84 Lakhs and expecting growth rate of 20% for the current financial year.  Ice Make is having their offices at Jaipur, Delhi, Indore, Surat and Mumbai, as well as wide network of associates / dealers Pan India.  Recently Ice Make has acquired a company namely Bharat Refrigerations Pvt. Ice Make is ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and CRISIL certified Company.

Getting down to business, what different types of cold chain products do you offer?

We can provide solution for Cold Chain products like pre-cooling room, Mobile Pre Cooling, Blast Chiller, Blast Freezer, Cold Storage, Display Chiller, and Refrigerated Van. Apart from that we are also manufacturing various type of Chilling plants, as well as someequipment for Ice Cream Industry like aging vat, Ice Candy Production Machine, Ice Cream Hardener and Bulk Milk Chiller, Curd Incubation Chamber for Dairy Industry and also Commercial Freezers.

What kinds of cost savings and output efficiency improvements can customers hope to achieve with your help, over what kind of time period?

We are continuously doing R & D work for improvement of our product and to provide best cost effective solution and best quality products. We are having well equipped in house R & D facilities duly approved by Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Govt. of India. Recently we have also get CE certification of Our Products.

Which of these different industry sectors do you see as being most likely to benefit from your solutions?

We are providing refrigeration solution to Different Industry Sectors like Dairy, Ice Cream, Food Processing, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Horticulture, Plastic, Chemical and Logistics etc.

Talking of Logistics, what kind of solutions for Logistics do you provide?

For Logistics Industry we can provide solution for Refer Van, Eutectic Container / Van and also Insulated Container.

We have provided best solutions for Cold Room, Chilling Plants, Ref. Van and Commercial Freezers etc. to our Valued Customers in various Govt. & Private sectors in different segment like :

Yes, we are exporting our products to Countries like Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Bangladesh, UAE, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Nigeria, Tanzania, Seychelles, Congo, Madagascar etc. and planning to strengthen the export business.

What external factors do you see as driving demand for your solutions going forward?

External Factors like Improvement of Customer Awareness and Govt. policy (state & central), and various incentive for Cold Chain Industry can be considered as driving demand for our solutions going forward.

How are you promoting your services to potential clients?

We are providing Customized Solution as well as best after sales services to our customers. We are having large numbers of satisfied customers.
